It has been the custom of the South Carolina Single Sideband Net to
name the "Sidebander of the Year" on the Anniversary of the
Net.
It is indeed an honor and gives me great pleasure at this time to
Award WA4UGD Johnnie King the Sidebander of the Year Award for 2005.
In recognition for outstanding service and dedication to the SC SSB
Net and Service as Net Manager for 2002-2005

Johnnie we all agree that your self sacrifice and devotion to the Net
has been exemplary and we are truly thankful to you for an outstanding
job. Also, we wish to thank your wife Peg since we know the hours you
have spent with the Net have been many.
Congratulations Johnnie and we will personally present the Plaque to
you in the near future as several of us will take you and Peg to lunch.
